High-performance 3U VPX rugged PC
Kontron’s VPX3 product family is the ideal solution for rapid bring up and deployments of 3U VPX embedded computers.
With the VX3020, Kontron is offering an Intel® multicore rugged computer board with a complete set of I/O features allowing rapid design of embedded PCs in VPX form factor.
The VX3020 design is based on long life cycle chipsets from Intel® Embedded Architecture in order to protect customers investments. Every step of the design has been driven by efficiency, safety and harsh environments compatibility.

Dual-core rugged CPU
Kontron’s rugged CP6001 CPU features energy efficient embedded Intel dual core processors. With the 1.2 GHz Intel® Core™ Duo U2500 ULV processor and the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo L7400 LV processor, the CP6001 has extraordinary performance-per-watt values.
Designed to withstand even the toughest environmental conditions, the passively cooled CP6001 featuring up to 4 GByte of soldered RAM and 2GByte soldered application flash comes in three rugged levels – defined as R1, R2 and R3. All three versions are available with E2 capabilities The R1-version is designed for standard application requirements in air-cooled environments. The R2-version is ruggedized for high shock and vibration environments. The R3-version is fully conduction cooled.

6U VME rugged quad core SBC with IPMI
The PENTXM4 features two low power dual-core Intel Xeon processors running at 1.67GHz and E7520 chipset and offers high speed, server-class performance for advanced embedded applications.
The single slot PENTXM4 SBC is ideal for thermally constrained environments and includes all the up to date I/O standard interfaces required in a server blade PC. Furthermore, the PENTXM4 product supports the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) specification for easy integration in complex systems. The PENTXM4 is therefore ideal for bandwidth intensive applications both in a standalone or in a complex cluster configuration.

3U Compact PCI conduction-cooled turnkey subsystems
Our modular embedded computers are 3U cPCI rugged COTS subsystems designed to meet requirements of cost effective solution, low-power dissipation, compact dimension, conduction-cooled enclosure and come as a turnkey subsystem with preloaded real-time software.
Modular embedded computers are targeting markets where high efficiency and reliability are necessary in harsh environments, especially in avionics, vetronics and navtronics applications. The MEC-PPC-AV1 is the first member of the PowerPC modular embedded computers series.
The MEC-PPC-AV1 is targeted towards the avionics market because of its ATR footprint dimensions, 28 VDC power supply, lightweight structure in aluminium, conduction cooled dissipation, MIL-STD-1553 links, MIL-C-38999 connectors and a very low power consumption of less than 17W.
3U CompactPCI rugged blade PC
The ITC-320 series enables the design of cost effective, high performance embedded computers able to meet the new challenges in military and defense, transport and industrial applications. The ITC-320 is available with on-board soldered Intel® Core™2 Duo processor clocked at 1.5GHz, Core™ Duo processor clocked at 1.2GHz or Celeron™ processor clocked at 1.07GHz as a different build option. The ITC-320 is also available in Air-Cooled and Rugged Conduction-Cooled versions.
