Oracle has announced the inclusion of ten additional defence technology companies into the third cohort of its Oracle Defense Ecosystem at the Oracle Defence Tech Summit 2026.

This move brings in firms delivering technologies such as mission-critical AI, cyber capabilities, secure communications, operational intelligence, autonomous systems and mission support, with a focus on serving the national security needs of the US and its allied nations.

Unveiled in June last year, Oracle Defense Ecosystem connects emerging technology companies with Oracle’s distributed cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure.

The purpose is to assist national security agencies in expediting the adoption of new technologies from prototype stages to operational deployment, with a stated emphasis on accelerated and secure transition.

Oracle senior vice president Rand Waldron said: “Defense organisations cannot afford to wait years for promising technologies to move from prototype to mission use.

“The Oracle Defense Ecosystem gives emerging defence and dual-use companies a faster path to build with Oracle, deploy on sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure, and reach customers operating in some of the world’s most demanding environments.”

The newly included companies in the ecosystem are Chariot Defense, HPO Technologies, Legion Intelligence, Marlin Intelligence, Quori, Resaro, Revobeam, Tactiql, Two Delta, and Unplugged.

These organisations develop solutions ranging from ruggedised power systems and platforms to protect military personnel, to counter-unmanned aerial systems technologies, AI testing and validation tools, underwater robotics, and privacy-focused mobile communications.

Building on earlier activity within the ecosystem, Whitespace, a current member, has recently implemented its Saga operational learning technology on Oracle Roving Edge Devices for the Royal Navy during Operation HIGHMAST.

This deployment supported classified environments, providing tools for commanders to collect and apply key lessons in scenarios characterised by limited or disrupted connectivity, delivering AI-enabled operations directly at the mission edge.

In addition to expanding its ecosystem, Oracle introduced extra benefits for participating member companies via the Defence Holdings accelerator initiative.

Through this programme, technology firms can explore deployment paths on Oracle’s cloud portfolio, encompassing public, sovereign, government, hybrid, and edge cloud environments.

The initiative aims to assist early-stage companies by supporting customer engagement, strategic partnership development, and growth, with a focus on operational and commercial outcomes.

Priority access to the accelerator application process will be available to Defence Ecosystem members, especially for those developing agentic AI, cognitive warfare, national infrastructure protection, and autonomous systems.

Oracle is also partnering with Shield Reply and Red Reply to offer an enablement programme for members, providing support in building, modernising, and operationalising solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Roving Edge Infrastructure.

Red Reply is offering access to rapid-start packages, readiness assessments, proof-of-concept environments, and architecture and DevSecOps services at a preferential rate.
