British Defence company QinetiQ has bought US computer company Dominion Technology Resources for £53m. The deal will allow QinetiQ, a former ministry of defence department, to branch out its intelligence operations to North American clients Dominion Technology Resource
Dominion Technology Resources will continue to specialise in mission architecture, which includes IT solutions, systems engineering, security solutions, intelligence and counterintelligence technology.
