The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has awarded a task order to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to supply information assurance (IA) training support to the US Department of Defense (DoD).
According to the agreement, SAIC will provide IA education, training and awareness (ETA) products to help the DoD fulfil federal and DoD cyber security requirements.

The ENCORE II indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract awarded by DISA Defense Information Technology Contracting Organisation (DITCO) is worth $21m.
Contract services include instructional system and graphic design, multimedia programming, and development, integration and maintenance of IA ETA products.
The task order has a one-year base period of performance and four one-year options.
SAIC will also be responsible for technical support to DISA’s public key infrastructure (PKI) programme, providing PKI training and certification for DoD civilian and military members.
