The Turkish Ministry of Defence has awarded a contract to Aselsan to develop and upgrade air defence systems for the armoured and mechanised troops of Turkish Army.
Under the €120.3m ($163.7m) contract, Aselsan will design and develop self-propelled low-altitude air defence gun system project and 35mm Oerlikon fire control system modernisation and procurement project.
