The delegation was hosted by the UK Minister for Defence Procurement Jeremy Quin and Armed Forces Minister James Heappey at Salisbury Plain Training Area.
During the visit, the two sides discussed on-ground military challenges and ways to facilitate the integration of military aid into existing systems.
The British Army’s 3rd Division and Royal Marines demonstrated different armaments, such as defensive missile systems and protected mobility vehicles, to the Ukrainian delegation as options for additional military assistance.
Minister Quin said: “The UK has been clear of our support for Ukraine’s defence against Russia’s invasion.

The Ukrainian delegation included Deputy Defence Minister Volodymyr Havrylov and senior military officers.
The UK and Ukraine share a longstanding bilateral defence relationship.
Since 2015, approximately 22,000 Ukrainian personnel were trained as part of Operation Orbital and the Maritime Training Initiative.
The UK increased defence materiel and logistical support after Russia launched a ‘military operation’ on Ukraine.
Last month, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a military aid package comprising 6,000 new defensive missiles and financial assistance for the Ukrainian military.
British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace also committed to expanding military support for Ukraine.
Nato also agreed to strengthen support for Ukraine following a meeting of the military alliance’s foreign ministers, in Brussels.
