The ten-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract is for DIA’s Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III).

It is DIA’s third consecutive IDIQ contract aimed at addressing the information technology (IT) requirements crucial to US security.

With an option for a five-year base and five option periods, the contract’s total value is estimated at $12.6bn across the awardees.

Leidos will continue to support DIA and ‘compete for task orders’ to support the overall SITE III programme.

The company will support the effort through system design, development, fielding, as well as sustainment of global intelligence and command and control (C2) assets.

Designed to provide IT mission support across the DoD and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), SITE III ‘facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements’.
