The Blue sUAS programme is a spin-off of the short-range reconnaissance (SRR) programme launched to expedite the procurement of secure and ultraportable drones for deployment in US military, federal agencies and government operations.

As part of the Blue sUAS programme, Parrot was invited last month to demonstrate its solutions through a virtual event.

In the event, the company unveiled two new tactical reconnaissance drones, ANAFI USA MIL for military forces and ANAFI USA GOV for federal agencies.

The two drones are based on Parrot’s ANAFI USA platform but incorporate additional features to meet the requirements of the US.
