Deals this week: KEYW, Lockheed Martin, Navistar Defense

KEYW Holding Corporation has secured a five-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract worth $460m from the US Cyber Command to help support cyber missions.

KEYW Holding Corporation has secured a five-year, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract worth $460m from the US Cyber Command to help support cyber missions.

Under the terms of the contractual agreement, KEYW will provide services including project management, planning and cyberspace operations for the US Cyber Command.

The US Army Contracting Command (ACC) has awarded a $135.34m contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation for the manufacture and delivery of guided missiles and space vehicles.

Based in the US, Lockheed Martin provides advanced technology systems to defence, security and aerospace companies.

Navistar Defense LLC has been awarded a $29.79m modification to a previously awarded contract by the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) to modernise 250 mine-resistant ambush protected (MRAP) vehicles.

The upgrades will be performed in West Point, Mississippi, US, until May next year.

The contract also includes an option for an additional 200 MRAP vehicles.

"Elbit Systems will also deliver VIC500I digital vehicular intercommunication system for use in armoured fighting vehicles."

An undisclosed European customer has awarded a one-year contract worth $40m to Elbit Systems for the delivery of advanced tactical communication systems such as PNR-1000 soldier IP radio, CNR9000HDR tactical IP radio and THF 8000 radio system.
The communication systems will help provide troops with enhanced situational awareness and better interoperability.

Elbit Systems will also deliver VIC500I digital vehicular intercommunication system for use in armoured fighting vehicles.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has received a $32.3m contract from the US Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) to offer enterprise IT support services for five years.

The deal will also assist the Army Material Systems Analysis Activity, the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center and PEO Aviation.
