US-based Harris Corporation has secured a $405m foreign military sales contract from the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM).
Under the terms of the agreement, Harris will supply tactical communication systems, spare parts and service support.
Booz Allen Hamilton has received a $400m contract from the Defense Intelligence Agency to support intelligence community information technology enterprise (ICITE) services for a period of five years.
Based in Washington, US, the company provides management consulting services to defence, intelligence and civilian agencies.
Security First has raised $14.77m through an issuance of its debt securities.
The company also proposes to raise an additional $0.23m in a separate debt offering.
Security First provides data protection and information assurance services for military, government and commercial customers from its headquarters in California, US.
