GlobalSCAPE has been selected as a subcontractor for the recompete contract for the US Army’s standard army maintenance system (SAMS-E) programme.
Under the $52.3m contract, GlobalSCAPE will provide professional and technical services to support the SAMS-E programme, including secure FTP server and CuteFTP secure information exchange solutions.

Work on the contract will begin in October 2010 for a period of three years.
McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) is the prime contractor, with additional work from Northrop, Logistics and Technology Services (LTS), Calibre Systems, HCI Integrated Solutions, SAIC and Joint Logistics Managers.
