Northrop Grumman is intending to bid as prime contractor for the US Army range radar replacement programme (RRRP).
The programme will replace aging and obsolete radar systems at four test centres including White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona, Aberdeen Test Center in Maryland and Redstone Test Center in Alabama.
