The Spanish Army has awarded a contract to Indra to deliver seven new Victrix simulators to train its troops assigned to United Nations Organisation (UNO) international peacekeeping missions.

The simulators integrate the latest technologies to adapt exercises and scenarios that are likely to be encountered by the forces during peacekeeping operations in conflict areas.

The system simulates the H&K G36 rifle used by Spanish armed forces, as well as other widely used weapons to meet the new training requirements.

A device has been incorporated onto the system which shoots rubber bullets to acquaint the trainee with real mission stress.
