Booz Allen Hamilton has been awarded a five-year training support systems enterprise (TSS-E) contract worth $554m by the US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) located at Fort Eustis, Virginia.

The company will provide training, support systems and mission support services to support the MICC’s global missions and protect warfighters involved in military operations.

The services will also provide assistance to the live, virtual, constructive and gaming (LVC&G) technologies deployed by the US Army.

The contract will also include six other prime contractors.

BAE Systems has received a task order to supply touchscreen computer display units (CDU) for the US Army’s UH-60A/L Black Hawk medium-lift utility helicopters.

The company will initially deliver 250 CDUs as an upgrade to existing ASN-128 Doppler GPS navigation systems onboard the Black Hawk helicopters.

AeroVironment has been contracted by the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) to provide support for Norway’s RQ-20B Puma AE II and RQ-12A (WASP AE) small unmanned aircraft, under a $17.6m foreign military sales (FMS) contract.

The company will support M1 digital data link systems installed on Norway’s RQ-20B Puma AE II and RQ-12A WASP Block IV, under the contract.

The contractual work will be performed in Monrovia, California, until July 2019.
