The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 18.96% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Boeing IT hiring in December 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Boeing, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 62.57% in December 2021, and a 33.37% drop over November 2021, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 17.88% in December 2021, and registered a decline of 32.61%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 11.99% in December 2021, a 38.99% drop from November 2021.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 22.47%, registering a 31.7% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 3.23% share and a 69.31% drop over November 2021.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s aerospace, defence & security industry IT hiring activity with a 73.51% share in December 2021, a 33.46% decline over November 2021. India featured next with a 15.75% share, down 37.73% over the previous month. Australia recorded a 5.47% share, an increase of 8.25% compared with November 2021.
Mid Level jobs lead The Boeing IT hiring activity in December 2021
Mid Level jobs held a share of 48.96%, down by 34.84% from November 2021. Junior Level positions with a 36.55% share, a decline of 34.05% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 14.49% share, down 39.43% over November 2021.
