Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 12.7% in December 2021, a 61.8% drop from November 2021.

North America drives IT hiring at Raytheon Technologies

North America emerged as the leading region in the global aerospace, defence & security IT hiring activity in December 2021 with a 77.46% share, which marked a 70.87% drop over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 17.55%, registering a 136.54% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 4.99% share and a 57.32% drop over November 2021.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s aerospace, defence & security industry IT hiring activity with a 75.46% share in December 2021, a 71.34% decline over November 2021. The UK featured next with a 17.12% share, up 144.9% over the previous month. India recorded a 3.57% share, a decline of 60.32% compared with November 2021.

Mid Level jobs lead Raytheon Technologies IT hiring activity in December 2021

Mid Level jobs held a share of 46.36%, down by 66.15% from November 2021. Junior Level positions with a 36.66% share, a decline of 57.31% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 15.83% share, down 73.94% over November 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.14%, recording a month-on-month decline of 27.27%.
