1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 82.47% in September 2021, registering a 29.03% flat growth over the previous month.

2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 8.25% share, an increase of 60% over the previous month.

3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 7.22%, registering a 16.67% rise from August 2021.

4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 3.09%, down 25% over the previous month.

Top five apparel companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 55% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry during September 2021 over August 2021.

Robert Bosch posted 39 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 143.75% over the previous month, followed by LPP with 34 jobs and a 54.55% growth. Amazon with 17 IT jobs and Qurate Retail with 2 jobs, recorded a 15% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Dassault Systemes recorded a decline of 50% with 1 job postings during September 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.04%, up by 37.5% from August 2021. Entry Level positions with a 16.49% share, registered a decline of 5.88% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 15.46% share, down 16.67% over August 2021.
