Sacil Srl, founded in 1958, has always been actively involved in the field of welding-light structural work and sheet metal working. At the beginning of the 1980s, as a supplier for important defence sector companies, Sacil began to manufacture metal cans and containers for small and medium calibre ammunition. So, now, Sacil is able to offer a wide military product range.

Sacil has Acknowledgement Certificate no. 071, issued by the UNAVIACert, certifying that it meets the requirements established by UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. Our production is also quality assured with AQAP–2110.

AMMUNITION LINKS M27 FOR 5.56mm AND M28 FOR 25mm

Sacil mainly manufactures three types of ammunition links:

• M27 for 5.56mm calibre ammunition
• Links for 25mm calibre ammunition for KBA belt-ammo gun
• M28 for 25mm calibre ammunition

AMMUNITION BOXES

Our ammunition cans are manufactured in galvanised steel, they are stackable and have drop down handles for easy handling. Each box is individually tested for air and water tightness and the covers are all removable and resealable for easy access and reuse. We meet all applicable customer specification.

Our military ammunition containers include light alloy containers for 76/62 cal. ammunition, in both single and twin-housing versions and containers for 40/70 cal. ammunition. For 120mm ammunition we can supply vanes and PA116L containers.
