The new aircraft can carry four cruise missiles and has a range of 620 miles, according to the New York Times.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad referred to the weapon as a messenger of glory and salvation for humanity but an ambassador of death for Iran’s enemies.

Iran has also successfully test launched the Qiam surface-to-surface missile, according to Defense Minister General Ahmad Vahidi.
