Russia has revealed detailed data of its defence spending until 2013.

The procurement also covers submarines, corvettes and frigates for the Black Sea Fleet, and battlefield command-and-control systems for the Ground Forces.
The amount on modernisation of existing weaponry will be spread evenly with 13% in 2010, 15% in 2011-12, and 14% in 2013, according to RIA Novosti.
The spending on R&D will drop from 22% in 2010 to 16% in 2013, State Duma Defense Committee head Viktor Zavarzin has confirmed.
The projected defence spending, including R&D, would total $16.3bn in 2010, $19.2bn in 2011, $24.3bn in 2012, and $38.8bn in 2013.
