General Dynamics (GD) Information Technology has been awarded a contract under the US Army’s total engineering and integration services (TEIS) III programme.

GD is one of three companies to be awarded the contract, which has a total potential value of $892m over five years if all options are exercised.

Under the contract, GD will provide systems engineering and integration services to support the US Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) and its customers.

Work will be carried out worldwide, with the majority of the workforce at USAISEC’s headquarters in Arizona, Maryland and northern Virginia, US.

USAISEC provides capabilities to US Army organisations, combatant commanders, Department of Defense agencies and Federal agencies in support of warfighters.
