The US Army has awarded a third task order contract to Attain to continue development of capabilities that support part of its Army Enterprise Information Systems Program’s (AESIP) critical mission areas.
Valued at $6.5m, the contract has a six-month base period of performance and includes two six-month options.

Under the contract, the company will gradually design, develop, test and implement the material master data releases MM Release 3.3 and MM Release 3.5 and any interfaces to trading partners required for this release in accordance with their schedules.
The MM Release 3.3 will provide automatic return item list (ARIL), end item code (EIC), and material category (MATCAT) capabilities, while MM Release 3.5 will provide Army Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKOT) management.
The MM Release 3.5 will enhance SKOT data management processes and also ensure that SKOT data management and publication is carried out efficiently and systematically.
Attain senior manager colonel (retired) Scott Lambert said, "We are firmly committed to making this task order a complete success and we fully recognise the important role this project plays in improving logistical support to our nation’s warfighters."

By GlobalDataThe AESIP programme is managed by the Army’s Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) and is intended to integrate the army’s four existing ERP-based solutions that provide medical, logistics, and personnel services to its customers.
Attain federal and solution services president Manish Agarwal added that the company’s team will continue to support the US Army, PM AESIP, and the Army’s Shared Services Center at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, US.
