CDW has partnered with Viasat UK for the command, control and communication (C3) programme LELANTOS.

The parties will work closely with the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Nato’s Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC).

They will be responsible for the delivery of the two-year agile technical innovation contract.

This is expected to enable more survivable, manoeuvrable, and deployable headquarters.

The programme will include regular technological innovation and the digital transformation of the ARRC.

ARRC Programme lead lieutenant colonel Steve Short said: “This is a defining moment. We have looked at the whole ecosystem of the deployed staff working environment and treated it as a capability in its own right.
