EOIR Technologies to provide technical aid to US Army
EOIR Technologies has been contracted by the US Army to support the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate's (I2WD) technical information engineering services (TIES).
Under the support for enhancement of designated intelligence systems (SEDIS) task order, I2WD will procure services in technical, engineering, service, field, and operation support.
The multiple-award, indefinite deliverable indefinite quantity (MA IDIQ) contract will cover integrated logistics services, including training, transition, field, operation, systems engineering, and maintenance.
EOIR Technologies will also provide sustainment support, including research, development, prototype testing and fielding, and technology integration.
EOIR Technologies senior vice-president Ricardo Lorenzo said: "SEDIS is a significant strategic win for us, and we look forward to supporting I2WD in advancing the state of the art technologies.
"This contract will provide the government with a cost-effective mechanism by which they can get direct access to the advanced capabilities of EOIR and our teammates."
I2WD is the army's research and development centre for advanced cyber operations, exploitation and dissemination, electronic warfare, signals intelligence technologies, and intelligence analysis capabilities.
It provides intelligence and tools to improve the fighting capabilities of military personnel.
EOIR Technologies offers system design and development, programme management, intelligence solutions, and technical training.
It has provided these services to the US Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and segments of the intelligence community.
