"The award of this contract to deliver spares for Land Rover vehicles is further confirmation of our ability to provide bespoke procurement and supply chain solutions to the UK’s Armed Forces."

The contract has been awarded following a tender process by DSG’s Land Supply Business Unit, in conjunction with the Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) organisation, on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD).

The agreement focuses on four areas, including the safety of critical parts sourced from a Land Rover approved supplier, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts obtained from suppliers other than Land Rover approved sources, and the supply to DSG workshops and the British Forces South Atlantic Islands.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions defence director Irene Ainscough said: "The award of this contract to deliver spares for Land Rover vehicles is further confirmation of our ability to provide bespoke procurement and supply chain solutions to the UK’s Armed Forces.

"We are delighted to have won the contract and look forward to a close working relationship with Jaguar Land Rover and DSG."
