"Harris’ Falcon III radios will support the customer’s need for simultaneous, secure voice and high-bandwidth data across a wide range of military missions."

Weighing less than 4kg, the RF-7800H is designed to transmit video clips, images, maps and other large data files ten times faster than existing HF radios in obstructed-line-of-sight environments, such as mountains and urban terrain.

The RF-7800V is said to be the world’s fastest VHF combat net radio system, covering a frequency range from 30MHz to 108MHz and supporting data transmission speeds up to 192Kbps.
