Norwegian Defence Material Agency (NDMA) has executed a framework agreement with Swedish defence and security company Saab for live and training ammunition of Carl-Gustaf man-portable weapon system.

The framework allows NDMA to place orders for Carl-Gustaf ammunition from 2017 to 2022.

An initial order worth Skr68m ($8.5m) for ammunition has been placed by NDMA for the Norwegian Armed Forces.

Oshkosh Defense has secured a contract worth $19.28m from the US Army Contracting Command to deliver 50 recapitalised M1120A4 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks to the US Army.

The trucks will be produced at the company’s manufacturing facility up to September 2020 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, US.

Awarded by the US Army Contracting Command, the deal is scheduled to run until September 2020.

URS Federal Services, a division AECOM subsidiary URS Corporation, has secured a contract valued $49.16m to provide rotary-wing flight instructor support services to the US Army.

The six-year contract has been awarded by the US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

Compotech Inc has been given a contract by the US Army Contracting Command for work on the expeditionary shelter protection system.

Under the agreement, the contractor will perform design and engineering of the expeditionary shelter protection system until September 2022.
