Alliant Tech Systems Operations has agreed to procure 120mm high-explosive, multi-purpose with tracer (HEMP-T) cartridges for the US Army, under a $45.62m-worth contract modification.

Awarded by the US Army Contracting Command, the contract will run through July 2019.

The US government has awarded a $50m contract to Orbital ATK for the supply of non-US standard ammunition (NSA) to the US Department of Defense.

The NSA to be supplied under the contract will be used by the US allies.

TDA Armaments SAS has secured a contract to develop, qualify and supply full illumination and infrared capabilities for the 81mm-long, light, reinforced (LLR) F1 mortar.

Valued at $37.97m, the contract has been awarded by the France Ministry of Defence.
