Iran will sue Russia if it fails to deliver the S-300 missile system, Iranian lawmaker Alaeddin Boroujerdi has said.
Iran’s Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Chief said compensation should be paid to Iran if Russia fails to provide the missile system.

Russia recently scrapped the deal to deliver air defence missile systems to Iran due to the ban imposed by the UN.
The deal was originally signed in 2007, according to Xinhua News Agency.
The S-300 missile system is capable of striking aircraft and cruise missiles from up to 150km away.
