The Swedish Ministry of Defence has awarded a contract to Saab Group to deliver multispectral camouflage systems.

Under the SEK670m ($91.5m) contract, the company will deliver Saab Barracuda camouflage and signature management systems that will protect camps, vehicles and personnel from hostile sensors and enemy target acquisition.

Deliveries of the systems will begin in 2010 and will run for four years.
