AAI Corporation will provide two Shadow 200 tactical unmanned aircraft systems (TUAS) for the Swedish Armed Forces under a $31.4m contract awarded by Saab AB.

The Shadow TUAS receives and broadcasts battlefield video using AAI’s interoperable One System ground control station (OSGCS).

The OSGCS supports the operation of several unmanned aircraft used by allied forces allowing the Swedish Shadow 200 systems to work in collaboration with the capabilities of other Nato forces.

A single Shadow 200 TUAS system comprises four aircraft, two OSGCS systems and ground data terminals, four One System remote video terminals, a system portable ground control station, and associated components and support equipment.
