Marshall Aerospace has delivered and installed its first set of vital medevac role change modification equipment to the Norwegian Armed Forces.
The modification equipment has been designed to change a civil aircraft into a large air ambulance or a mobile intensive care unit in less than 24 hours.

Norwegian Defence Minister Grete Faremo said the new equipment will strengthen the Armed Forces medical evacuation capacity.
“This is important for our troops in Afghanistan and it is a good example of how the military can contribute to civilian society.”
The equipment may also be used in the event of major accidents and natural disasters all over the world.
