Elbit Systems has revealed reorganisation plans of some parts of its business activities in a bid to boost value and performance.

The reorganisation will commence in the next few months and is expected to be completed next year.

The company will integrate the activities in the areas, namely Precision Guided Munition (PGM), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Electro-Optical (EO) systems, Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signal Intelligence (SI).

Activities of PGM will be brought under Elbit Systems’ Land Division PGM portfolio and the UAS merged with the Elbit Systems Aerospace Division.

Additionally, the company will combine the activities of EO, EW and SI to form a ISTAR & EW Division.

In 2017, the company reorganised the business of its wholly owned subsidiary CYBERBIT Solutions to meet market requirements in both the defence and commercial sectors.
