The inner casing consists of front and rear liners connected to each other, while the fragmentation casing is molded with metal elements. The outer casing includes a nose part and an aft part connected to the inner casing via screw threaded connections. Additionally, the rear liner of the inner casing features a threaded section for fuse unit connection, and the metal elements in the fragmentation casing are made of Wolfram.

Furthermore, the patent also covers a method for manufacturing the fragmentation warhead, involving steps such as filling the inner casing with an explosive charge, assembling the fragmentation casing outside the inner casing, and mounting the outer casing. The method includes securing a disc to close the rear inlet of the rear liner after filling with explosive charge, connecting a transportation plug to the rear liner's threaded section, and subsequently removing it before mounting the fuse unit during assembly. The assembly process also includes adhering the front and rear members of the fragmentation casing and arranging the nose and aft parts of the outer casing outside the respective components of the inner casing. The fragmentation casing is manufactured using injection molded plastic, providing a detailed and structured approach to producing the fragmentation warhead.
