BAE Systems has secured a $97.9m contract to provide a limited interim missile warning system (LIMWS) for the US Army’s rotary-wing helicopters.

BAE will provide its 2-Color Advanced Warning System (2C-AWS) to meet the US Army’s LIMWS quick reaction capability, under the contract.

Developed through collaboration between BAE and Leonardo DRS, the 2C-AWS missile warning system will provide superior protection capability for the pilots from emerging threats.

Vectrus Systems Corporation has secured a $105.97m contract to provide enterprise network capabilities and services support to the US Central Command.
