The US Army has awarded a $3m order to General Dynamics to integrate the Prophet Enhanced tactical signals intelligence system into its military vehicles.
The upgraded intelligence system, when integrated with the medium mine-protected vehicles (MMPV), enables soldiers to see, hear and respond better to intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance (ISR) information on the battlefield.

The US Army awarded the six-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to the General Dynamics-led team in February 2009.
The contract is valued at an estimated $866m. In addition to the $3m order, an initial delivery order worth $71m was awarded in February.
