Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has been awarded a prime contract by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to support Anniston (ANAD) and Red River (RRAD) army depots.
Under the $241m contract, SAIC will provide the supply chain management of industrial hardware and repair parts required for the repair of military vehicles.

The company will also provide services including collaborative demand forecasting, parts acquisition, storage, delivery, inventory management, quality assurance, data management, field-based customer support, and order processing and fulfillment.
The indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity contract has a four-year base period of performance and two two-year options.
Work will be carried out at the ANAD and RRAD depots which support vehicle maintenance for the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
