The IDF has also purchased Polaris all-terrain vehicles to transport heavy weapons in the battlefield and to move wounded troops.

The troops will undergo training on handling explosives in order to carry out autonomous demolition and sabotage operations independently.

Some infantry units have been currently equipped with sharpshooters and Tiger, an Israeli-made armoured fighting vehicle, and have also deployed the Matador, a shoulder-launched missile.
