The TPER programme is aimed at restoring tactical battle-damaged vehicles to full mission-capable operability to meet the military’s strict equipment-readiness standards.

The vehicles are a part of the Army’s Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles, which also includes the Oshkosh-produced Palletised Load System.

The company will also refurbish M1000 HET Trailers and has refurbished nearly 1,500 heavy vehicles and trailers for the Army to date.

According to the terms of the $11m order, work will take place at the company’s facility in Kuwait until May 2011.
