US Government services provider Perspecta has been selected to deliver cyber electronic warfare support to the US Army Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) under the R4 programme.

R4 is a ten-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple-award contract with a ceiling value of $982m.

Under the R4 programme, Perspecta will develop and deploy a suite of non-kinetic cyber electronic warfare capabilities to support the army’s cyber-electromagnetic activities (CEMA) mission, a critical component of the army’s multi-domain warfare strategy.

The company will also integrate deep signals intelligence (SIGINT), wireless, and big data expertise into the services and solutions.
