Iran has violated UN sanctions by attempting to procure Grade 5 titanium alloy bars, accoring to a UN report.
The report claimed that Iran has been involved in nuclear and ballistic missile-related activities, despite a ban preventing the action under a 2010 Security Council resolution.

The UN panel said: "On the basis of its analysis and findings, the panel concludes that Emad launch is a violation by Iran of paragraph 9 of Security Council resolution 1929."
The resolution remains valid until the a nuclear deal is implemented between Iran and the six UN nations, namely China, France, Germany, Russia, the UK, and the US.
The report confirmed that Iran had test-fired a ballistic missile capable of delivering a nuclear warhead twice in the past 90 days.
In addition to a test-launch in October, Iran tested a medium-range Ghadr-110 ballistic missile from a site in southeast Iran on 21 November
