Operation Inherent Resolve spokesman colonel Steve Warren said: "ISIL is feeling the pressure. We have decimated their ranks and shaken their leadership.

For several days, the coalition forces have been conducting airstrikes in the lower Euphrates River valley.
A report by Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) officials claims that nearly 300 ISIS targets were destroyed or damaged between 26 January and 1 February.
Iraqi security forces are currently running clearance operations near the Ramadi province, while simultaneously moving towards Fallujah.

By GlobalDataIn a separate development, the coalition assisted Syrian opposition forces to liberate a village along the Mara line from ISIS on 30 January.
Warren added: "Fighting along the Mara line continues with both forces conducting offensive operations."
The US-coalition comprises the UK, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Denmark. It has been carrying out airstrikes against ISIS since 2014.
Reports recently emerged that the US Department of Defence (DoD) was considering plans for a new military intelligence operation in Libya.
The move is expected to include air strikes and special forces operations against ISIS.
The country will also strengthen its military capabilities in North African countries, including Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, and Western Sahara, in a bid to stop ISIS from growing in the region.
