Naza Defence has unveiled the Rosomak 8×8 AMV, a new armoured modular vehicle, currently in production for the Polish Army.

The Rosomak 8×8 AMV incorporates different kinds of turrets, weapons, sensors and communications systems on the same platform, according to thestar.com.my.

The vehicle weighs between 18t and 26t, provides enhanced mine protection and can withstand explosions up to 10kg.

The 7.8m-long and 2.8m-wide Rosomak is equipped with two shrouded propellers, one on each side at the rear to allow the vehicle to become amphibious.

The modular vehicle has an operational range of 800km with a maximum road speed in excess of 100km/h.
