Australia’s LAND 400 project to revolutionise combat vehicles

The Australian Defence Force’s (ADF) LAND 400 – Land Combat Vehicle System (LCVS) project will replace the Land Force’s existing armoured vehicles fleet of M113, ASLAV and Bushmaster PMV with a new mounted close combat capability from 2025. Worth around AUD 10 billion, LAND 400 will be the Australian Army’s largest, most expensive and most complex major capability equipment project to date.
