CACI International has been selected as a prime contractor to provide intelligence support to the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
The multiple-award indefinit-delivery, indefinite-quantity global intelligence support services (GISS) contract has a five-year performance period, and a maximum ceiling value of $5.2bn.

Under the contract, the company will provide a wide range of intelligence support, including command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, as well as reconnaissance, logistics and material readiness, and analytics.
CACI chief operating officer and US Operations president John Mengucci said: "This contract award supporting the Intelligence and Security Command demonstrates the US army’s confidence in CACI’s ability to quickly deploy responsive solutions to meet the army’s need for intelligence, security, and information operations services to help safeguard the nation."
The GISS contract is a vehicle to provide responsive, competitive acquisition of services for the existing and future army intelligence, security, and information operations requirements.

Headquartered in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, the army’s INSCOM conducts intelligence, security, and information operations for military commanders and national decision makers.
In addition, CACI has also secured a $34m contract to provide deployed and on-site analytic support to the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization’s (JIEDDO) J9 Operational Analysis and Assessment Division.
Under the terms of three-year contract, the company will deploy personnel to help the division conduct operations research and systems analysis (ORSA) to defeat IEDs as weapons of strategic influence.
The company will also supply non-deployed ORSA and geospatial analysis support to boost understanding of IEDs and enable JIEDDO to make analytically derived and informed decisions on how to minimise their impact.
