MacAulay-Brown (MacB) has received a contract to support the logistics domain of the US Army Aviation and Missile Command’s (AMCOM) expedited professional and engineering support services (EXPRESS) programme.

The AMCOM EXPRESS is a blanket purchase agreement (BPA), divided into four domains based on the use of General Service Administration (GSA) federal supply schedules.

Under the contract, the company will provide information technology and managerial support, logistics and operational assistance, training and training devices, design influence / concept definition, manpower and personnel, as well as computer resources support.

The multiple-award EXPRESS contract is used for acquiring advisory and assistance services that may include analyses, evaluations, information, recommendations, training, as well as technical and management support.

In addition to providing advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers, the contract also provides technical support for the Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center, the Program Executive Offices and allies for fielded army aviation and missile systems.

Headquartered at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama, the AMCOM is primarily responsible for assuring aviation and missile readiness with seamless transition for combat operations.

The command is primarily responsible for life cycle management of army missile, helicopter, unmanned ground vehicle, and unmanned aerial vehicle weapon systems.
