MacAulay-Brown (MacB) has been selected to support PD Systems in its work on the US Army Tank Automotive Command (TACOM) Lifecycle Management Command's strategic services solutions (TS3) family of contracts.

With a total ceiling of $3.5bn, TACOM's strategic service solutions family of contracts include knowledge based services (KBS), equipment related services (ERS), and research and development (R&D).

The ceiling value of the KBS contract suites are $1.8bn, and $1.1bn, respectively.

The company will support all three indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts through provision of engineering and technical services, logistics and project management, equipment modification and installation, maintenance, as well as repair and overhaul.

"Our partnership with PD Systems will allow us to provide the full range of knowledge-based, logistics and R&D services."

MacB president and CEO Sid Fuchs said: "With this win, our partnership with PD Systems will allow us to provide the full range of knowledge-based, logistics and R&D services that the TACOM community requires.

"We have more than two decades of experience working with various DoD Lifecycle Management Command customers, and we'll draw on that knowledge to help TACOM enhance and improve systems performance and readiness."

PD Systems received the TS3 contracts in May this year, and will serve as the prime contractor with a diverse and comprehensive team of large and small business subcontractors, in addition to MacB.

The TS3 family of contracts primarily support service requirements for the Program Executive Office (PEO) combat support, combat service support, and PEO ground combat systems.
