Rockwell Collins has been awarded a $37.4bn multiple-award contract by the US Army for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) services.

Under the five-year contract, the company will provide its ARINC knowledge-based support services for the C4ISR Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract award.

The company will also provide aviation-based command and control (C2) products, global networks and engineering services to US government agencies and organisations, as well as maintenance and engineering.
