A commander of Iran’s armed forces said several new missiles and weapons would be unveiled at the 31st anniversary of the Islamic revolution in February.

Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander Massud Jazayeri said the missiles and weapons projects would be inaugurated during the ten days of dawn, an annual event scheduled for 1-11 February 2010, spacewar.com reports.

Jazayeri’s announcement follows Tehran’s decision to reveal three new satellites in February.

Iran Communications Minister Reza Taghipour said the three home-built communications satellites were Toloo (Dawn), Ya Mahdi and Mesbah-2.
