For the first time GEROH and WILL-BURT are going to present the broadest range of outstanding telescopic mast solutions at the IDEX. In addition, we will supported by our youngest family member ATLAS TELECOM for the first time.
Established in 1983 in UAE, ATLAS TELECOM is represented area-wide with more than 400 employees and regional offices in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Yemen as well as Afghanistan. The MOI Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar, the police forces from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ajman, the UAE Armed Forces as well as several NATO Special Forces are only a selection of references.
This close relation to the regional public authorities as well as vast experience in the defence and security sector makes ATLAS TELECOM ideally suited for cooperation with the market leader of telescopic mast systems. Furthermore, we expect also an additional positive drive in the region for our second business field, customised high mobile off-road trailers.
What will we bring along with us to the show?
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to have our trailer systems or "lovely monsters" at the show. Our mobile lattice towers (girder mast systems) integrated on trucks or trailers are for heights of up to 40m and payloads of up to 1,000kg, so like our trailer systems they are a little bit too big for our booth. But all the movies and factsheets will be available and if you want we can organise a live demonstration for you after the show. Please do not hesitate to ask.
At IDEX we will show a portable telescoping mast "Ranger". The Ranger pack, suited for infantry or special forces, is designed to fit into a custom designed backpack. The total system weighs 30kg and can be quickly deployed to heights from 3m to 8m.
Also a Will-Burt quick erecting antenna mast (QEAM), made of carbon fibre composite, will be there. This lightweight (half of the weight of aluminum masts), high-strength mast offers a rigid, stable platform for elevating critical payloads up to 35kg and is available for field installation as well as vehicle or shelter mounting version.
The GEROH mechanical telescopic mast system KVR (also called cable pulls) convinces through its robustness and simple operation is uncountable in use around the world and cannot miss. This mast has the longest life expectancy in the world and guarantees a reliable operation independent of the weather conditions. It is the best possible choice for payloads up to 70kg.
The Will-Burt screw drive mast STILETTO carbon fibre composite, electro-mechanical mast features an excellent combination of high strength (payloads up to 180kg), low weight and great stability. With its low nested height and small space claim, Stiletto is the mobile solution for applications requiring rapid, automatic deployment, reliability and high accuracy.
Our GEROH Spindle mast SPM is currently the best available mast system on the market. Grown against the hardest requirements, it is specifically designed for use with large payloads (up to 600kg) and very highest demands of accuracy.
